XALAPA.- One student dead and 25 injured left the overturning of a passenger bus in the municipality of Emiliano Zapatasuburban area of the city of Xalapa, capital of Veracruz.
The accident occurred on the state highway Palmarejo–Palmar Station highwaywhere a unit of the Miradores line circulated that was transporting on a private trip students of the Veracruz Telebachillerato (TEBA).
The driver of the unit lost control and the bus overturned into a small ravine, leaving a young student dead and 25 others injured.
Ambulances from different corporations went to the site to help the injured, who They were transferred to hospitals in the city of Xalapa.
The victims reported that The driver was traveling at excessive speed, However, the ministerial authorities will be the ones to determine the causes. Meanwhile, the driver is detained and at the disposal of the Public Ministry.
