Mexico City, November 8 (However).- The match Morena installed yesterday Advisory Council heading to the 2027 electionmade up of at least six thematic working groups, whose objective is to consolidate the project of the Fourth Transformation (4Q) in the country. The Council will be a collegiate body of reflection and strategic guidance that will promote collective deliberation and participatory design of Morena’s 2025-2027 Action Plan, with the objective of defining actions, recommendations and strategies of the party in its area, and presenting them for discussion and collective approval.
The technical Secretary of the Council will be Arturo Martínez Núñez, current head of Science, Art and Culture of the National Executive Committee of Morena. This collegiate body meets three times a year: in March, July and November.

During the installation table, documentary filmmaker Epigmenio Ibarra stated that one of the important functions of the Council will be to support President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, and counselor Elvira Concheiro added that another function should be to trigger a high-level political debate.
For his part, Alejandro Encinas emphasized the importance of counselors assuming their responsibility to fulfill their functions, and counselor Alejandra Frausto Guerrero stated that watching La Mañanera del Pueblo and the La Moreniza podcast is a fundamental task for every activist.
What other profiles will make up the council?
The group also has former Secretaries of State, from the six-year term of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, officials from Mexico City, as well as journalists and researchers. Among the most notable names are:
- Consuelo Sánchez Rodríguez, researcher.
- Pedro Miguel, journalist.
- Here Telch, actor.
- Tatiana Clouthier, former Secretary of Economy.
- Miguel Torruco Márquez, former Secretary of Tourism.
- Alejandra Fraustro, Secretary of Tourism of Mexico City.
- Javier Hidalgo, coordinator of the Pilares community education subsystem.
Currently, Morena and its allies govern 24 of Mexico’s 32 states, as well as a qualified majority in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, allowing the Fourth Transformation to make changes to the Constitution.

The six teams in which the Advisory Council will be organized are:
- Morena: present and future.
- Democratic, participatory, fair and inclusive republic.
- Educational, humanist, scientific and cultural Republic.
- Environmentalist and healthy republic.
- Republic with national, regional development and shared prosperity.
- Sovereign, internationalist and supportive republic.
“This body will be a beacon of ideas that will illuminate the path of our Party-Movement so that it continues to be consistent with the principles of not lying, not stealing and not betraying the people,” Morena said on social networks.
