TEverything (re)started in September and hasn’t stopped until now. We are in the high season when all producers want to show their new products. Events, tests, visits, trips follow one another, all suggesting great excitement, but the truth is that it takes time to write, you can’t spend your life over lunches. It is also clear that, at a time when wine is facing so many problems, with difficult sales and even more difficult collections, the intention of producers in wanting to show what they are doing is perfectly clear. And it’s a lot. There is no shortage of good wines, original products and wines that recover lost grape varieties and/or resume ancient practices. In this Expresso space, it is difficult to keep track of so many events and so many projects and, sometimes, it is the suggestions of the week that make up for what is coming out. Today I chose three, among many others that would be possible.
