Tiago Bettencourt remembered, in Posto Emissor podcastas comparisons between Grapefruitthe band that made him known, and the Brazilians The Brotherswhich initially came to him through the voice of Luis Montezfrom the promoter Música no Coração. “When Luís Montez came to me and said ‘Man, you are the Portuguese Los Hermanos’, I didn’t know them. We were like: ‘who?’”.
“I only knew the [êxito] ‘Anna Julia’as I think happened with the majority of Portugal”, adds Bettencourt, “they already they were very big in Brazil and we started to realize that they were a very interesting band. We ended up doing eight or nine dates together here and four dates in Brazil”.
“Mouth”o new album by Tiago Bettencourt, published last week, will be presented live in two great concerts at Sagres Campo Pequeno, in Lisboaon December 18th, and at the Super Bock Arena – Pavilhão Rosa Mota, in Portoon December 20th.
