It started as a club, where hunters gathered, and opened as a restaurant in 1994. The loyal clientele comes “on purpose for the difference” to this space 150 meters from Viseu Aerodrome. They know that here they can taste game dishes cooked to perfection, in addition to the best products of each season. The restaurant’s main gastronomic highlights Hunters Club are the “Partridge rice with miscaros”, for two people, the pie made from the same protein and also the “Boar in the púcara”, and suggestions such as the “Cabidela de galo”, the tasty “Boar entrecote with beans” or the “Española bones”, where the ingredients are celebrated. To begin with, there is nothing better than the “Partridge soup”, the “Chouriça da Beira” or the “Blood morcela”. On the regular menu there is always “Rice with ribs in vine-d’alhos”, “Portuguese-style broad beans”, “Entrecote cooked with greens and black pudding” and “Barbeque kid”. Finish with the “Housekeeper’s Migas”. Average price €30.
