The Yucatán Labor Conciliation Center (Cecoley) announced the suspension of some procedures in said body; Know why, what they are and when they apply.

If you have activities related to this organization, you should keep in mind that the Official State Gazette (DOE) of Yucatán reported that some processes will be stopped; however, Other services will continue.

In the notice published, in the morning edition of last Friday, December 12 in the DOE Yucatanit was announced that starting next Friday, December 19 some procedures will be suspended, and until Monday, January 5, 2026.

“All the activities of the Labor Conciliation Center of the State of Yucatán They will resume at their usual hours on Tuesday, December 6 2026”.

Therefore, during the aforementioned dates, Cecoley will no longer receive some documents.

The reason is because in that period the vacation period is established “for the current year, approved by the plenary sessions of the Superior Court of Justice and the Council of the Judiciary of the Judicial Branch of the State of Yucatán” and in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.

“There will be no actions related to requests and confirmations of preliminary conciliation procedures, holding of preliminary conciliation hearings or processing any arising from the preliminary conciliation procedures during said period, so No documents or correspondence will be received.in such virtueor the terms of the Law will apply”.
