Minutes later, unit MX-074-D4 of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) arrived, whose elements confirmed that there were no injured people and that the incident did not cause visible damage in the area.
The SSC reported that the parachutist, a 36-year-old man of American origin, declared that he had jumped from an ultralight plane and that, during the descent, he ended up detouring to the intersection of Balderas and Juárez Avenue.
As part of the protocol, the individual was transferred before a civic judge to determine responsibilities. After verifying that there were no effects on the urban infrastructure or third parties involved, the man was released.
