Mexico City, November 13 (However).- The date has arrived. Today, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) will issue a ruling on seven of the nine pending tax disputes of the companies of Ricardo Salinas Pliegoowner of Grupo Salinas, TV Azteca and Elektra.
The tax credits in dispute, determined by the Tax Administration Service (SAT)exceed 40 billion pesos, including ISR, VAT, updates, surcharges and fines for years from 2008 to 2013.
The debate, which is broadcast live on the SCJN website, addresses 15 draft resolutions submitted to ministers such as Hugo Aguilar Ortiz (president of the Court), Loretta Ortiz Ahlf, Yasmín Esquivel Mossa, Estela Ríos González and Irving Espinosa Betanzos.
