“Perpetrators of blast in Delhi will be brought to book, given strictest possible punishment,” Shah said. “Punishment for Delhi blast perpetrators will send message to world that no one should dare to think of such attack again.”
On November 10, a high-intensity explosion took place in a slow-moving car near Gate 1 of Red Fort Metro Station in Delhi, killing at least 12 people and leaving several injured. The victims were rushed to the nearest LNJP Hospital.
The Home Minister conducted several review meetings with senior officials on Tuesday to inspect the blast and discuss initial findings in the Delhi blast probe. He has ordered forensic labs to accelerate analysis of the seized samples.

The case has been registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosives Act. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is leading the probe, along with the Special Cell of Delhi Police.
Multiple raids and detentions have followed across the nation.
CCTV footage confirmed the Hyundai i20 parked for over three hours before the explosion, and the absence of shrapnel or pellet marks suggests the device may not have been optimised for maximum casualties.
The forensic evidence — the live cartridges, explosive residues, timers and batteries — point to a sophisticated network but one that may have detonated ahead of schedule.
