His new film is already in cinemas

Study slash Morgue.- Olallo Rubio, the father of all podcasts, was in the El Deforma studio for the “Cretino” section, where, for some reason, he felt like a fish in water.

In order to promote his new film TormentOlallo took advantage of the talk to explain to us how the evolution of making podcasts to film film projects.

The Deforma interns are dying to see “Tormento”

After having made documentaries and one that he himself labels as an “anti-film,” Rubio is now launching his first fiction project, which he even classifies as his debut feature, and which he recommends seeing on the big screen.

The horror film narrates the misadventures of a security guard (Natalia Solián), who studies law by day and by night has to deal with situations at work that are out of her control, and that detonate the plot of the film after an accident occurs.

The talk at “Cretino” focused precisely on what the creative process of the film was like and how the script was written especially for Natalia, whom Olallo had seen in Huesera; that without leaving aside the way in which he persuaded her to star in it.

The conversation became so interesting that Olallo ended up giving a lecture on all the films and directors that inspired him to make this project, which promises to break it in movie theaters.

In closing, he recalled his years when he headed the “Radioactive” station, which was where he was forged to achieve what he does today, which is directing films.

And in case you didn’t see it: Elektra employees wanted to collect “the Chinese way” a customer’s debt with a motorcycle.
