Con motivo del Día de la Revolución, los distintos sistemas de transporte público que operan en la CdMx tendrán un horario especial.

Mexico City, November 16 (However).- On the occasion of the commemoration of the 125th anniversary of the beginning of the Mexican Revolution it is Monday, November 17 will be a day holidayso the different systems of transport public that operate in the Mexico City (CdMx) will have a time especial.

Furthermore, this will be the last day of “The Good End 2025“, so a large influx of people is expected in centers commercial and squares in the capital, as well as an increase in the number of users who travel in the Metro, Metrobus, Trolleybus, Train Lightand other transportation systems.

If you are leaving home and plan to use any of the CdMx public transportation systems, below we will inform you what hours each one will operate.

What hours will the Metro operate?

According to what was revealed by Adrián Ruvalcaba, general director of the Metro Collective Transportation System (STC), because it is a holiday, all lines will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

“In addition, as part of the ‘Sundays and holidays, your bike travels by Metro’ program, bicycles will be allowed to enter the Network throughout the day,” reported the capital official.

What about Metrobús, Trolleybus, etc.?

In the case of those who plan to use the Metrobús, Trolleybus, Light Rail, Cablebús and other services of the public transportation network of Mexico City, the operating hours will be as follows:

  • Metrobus: from 05:00. at 00:00.
  • Trolleybus: Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Lines 10, 22 and 13, from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Light Train: starts at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 11:20 p.m.
  • Cablebús: from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • RTP: 5:00 to 24:00 hours.
  • Ecobici: 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

As in the Metro, users will be able to bring their bicycles to the Cablebús and the Light Train. In the case of the Metrobús, Trolleybús and RTP, bicycle access will be subject to availability of space within the units.

It is worth mentioning that an increase of 1.50 pesos in the fares of concessioned public transportation in the capital was recently approved, which increased the cost of passage in trucks, minibuses and buses.
