Model Heidi Klum’s usual Halloween party was once again a trend in New York. The German, recognized for her elaborate costumes, celebrated the 25 years of her party in 2025, which exceeds expectations in each edition.
This year, the television presenter also transformed into Medusa, the mythical Greek creature with hair formed by snakes and a look capable of turning anyone who confronted her into stone, reports the newspaper “El Universal”.
The event took place the night before last at the Hard Rock Hotel in Manhattan and brought together numerous celebrities, including figures from the musical and film fields.
True to her style, Klum opted for a highly complex costume, which combined prosthetics, makeup and handmade details that faithfully replicated the classic descriptions of mythology. Her husband, musician Tom Kaulitz, accompanied her dressed as a Greek soldier who turned into stone, thus completing the mythological narrative that dominated the evening.
Klum’s costume alluded to one of the best-known myths of the ancient world. According to legend, Poseidon abused Medusa in Athena’s temple, and the goddess, as punishment, turned her into a monster with snakes for hair. Later, the hero Perseus decapitated her and used her head, called “gorgoneion”, as a protective amulet to ward off evil, a reason that inspired the creation of temples, shields and emblems with her image.
The party also featured the presence of international artists. Among them, Ejae and Rei Ami stood out, performers of the soundtrack of the animated film “K-Pop Demon Hunters” on Netflix, who brought a touch of Asian pop culture to the evening.
Rei Ami dressed as Zoey, the character she voices, in a purple and blue outfit, inspired by a scene from the movie.
Ejae, for his part, surprised with a detailed blue botarga when playing Derpy, the supernatural tiger that accompanies Rumi—his character—in the film.
Both artists walked the event’s blue carpet, posing enthusiastically in front of the cameras. Ejae greeted the audience with a smile and gesture of peace, while Rei Ami showed her characteristic charisma during the photo session.
This year’s celebration confirmed that the event organized by Klum continues to be one of the most anticipated events on the social and entertainment calendar in New York. Between lights, music and creativity, the model once again demonstrated that fantasy and ingenuity continue to be the undisputed protagonists of her most emblematic night.
