Las Florida authorities The Cuban-American artist was arrested Gemeny Hernandez for an alleged case of domestic violence against his girlfriend Emily Estefan, singer and daughter of Gloria and Emilio Estefan, according to court documents that EFE accessed this Wednesday.

After several struggles, The victim told police that he recovered his phone and called 911 to report the incident.
The victim suffered “minor injuries, consisting of a bruise on the left eye and scratches on the right side of the neck,” explains the report.
The accused “denied having directly taken the victim’s phone” in his interview at the Robbery Investigations Bureau, but “admitted to participating in the physical confrontation.”
Hernández entered the penitentiary center Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where He paid bail of $3,000. according to the Miami-Dade County database.
