He Government of Yucatán informs citizens that, on the occasion of the commemorative parade of the 115th anniversary of the beginning of the Mexican Revolution, it is Thursday, November 20, vehicular traffic will remain closed in various streets of the Center of Mérida.

Closing will take place at 7 at 10:30 a.m. and mobility will return to normal at the end of the parade.

Likewise, it is reported that, due to the route, there will be road closures from the Monument to the Fatherland, passing through the 58th Street to Plaza Grande, and from 62nd Street to 79th Street.

Alternate routes for the November 20 parade

Therefore, it is recommended to use alternate routes: from south to north, 56th Street from 79th to 21st Street in the Itzimná neighborhood and 60th Street from 59th to the Salvador Alvarado Stadium. In addition, from north to south you can travel on 57th Street and continue to 66th Street.

For circulation from west to east, 79th streets, in the city center, and 21st street in Itzimná are available.

The population is invited to remain attentive to the security provisions that will be announced and take the necessary precautions, such as leaving early and using alternate routes, to avoid congestion.
