Two people were arrested aboard a vehicle with Yucatan plates that was transporting almost 300 kilos of drugs in Coatzacoalcos-Villahermosa.
The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) through its Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor’s Office (FECOR) in the state of Tabasco obtained from the control judge, the link to process of two subjects identified as David “M” and Esteban “M” who were transporting marijuana.
The defendants were also given the preventive detention justified by the crime against health in the mode of transportprovided for and sanctioned in the Federal Penal Code.

According to the research folder, it indicates a statement of the FGR, elements of the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSyPC) Federal left the accused at the disposal of the social representation of Tabasco, when they were arrested on the Coatzacoalcos-Villahermosa highway.
The section belongs to the municipality of Huimanguillo, Tabasco, after assuring them 57 packages, that they contained inside 294 kilos 806 grams of marijuanawhich were transported in a truck with license plates from the state of Yucatán.

The Public Ministry of the Federation (MPF) presented sufficient evidence to the control judge, who described the detention as legal, formulated the imputation and decreed the connection to trial and justified preventive detention of David “M” and Esteban “M”, for the aforementioned crime.
