Meagher was a former police detective. New South Wales Police with 40 years of experience – retired as a detective sergeant – and member of the R rugby clubandwick DRUFC.
“He was an absolute legend at our club; With decades of voluntary involvement, he was one of the key figures in Randwick Rugby“, stated the club.
