Mexico City, October 27 (However).- The Pokémon Legends saga is beginning to become one of the best pillars that the Pokémon brand has in video games.
We have the releases that match the generations of Pokémon that the anime presents to us; in addition to the concept of Legends that becomes stronger with each installment, having the differences, mainly, in the battle mechanics, as well as the different places that we explore to capture Pokémon. Unlike Pokémon Legends: Arceuswhich was focused on the past of the franchise, with Pokémon Legends: ZA we have a title that is focused on the present.
History
On the narrative side, mega evolutions returned, which were introduced for the first time in 2013 and gave us access to a new power for our Pokémon thanks to mega stones. More and more Pokémon with access to these powers have been added.

Tournament and zones
It wouldn’t be a Pokémon game without a tournament involved, which on this occasion introduces us to different ZA ranges, although with a little help to not make it so long, it will ask us to collect battle points to be able to face certain characters. We also have many secondary missions that we can do in addition to following the linear story of the game.
A change, unlike what we have seen in other games, are the zones and that, although we can find some Pokémon throughout the city, whether in the water, on the ground or on the rooftops, we can have access to up to 20 wild areas, where we can find different Pokémon of different types, areas that, since they are in the city, can be a simple forest, an area with a lake, perhaps a snowy area, a construction zone, among many others, Thus the hunt is to a certain extent easier.
Not all the Pokémon will always appear within its area every time you go, sometimes you will have to face some Pokémon known as alpha, which will be stronger than the others, and a little more difficult to capture.
On the other hand, like the wild zones, we will also have a combat zone that is only activated at night. In this zone we can fight against other trainers and get combat points; These points will increase each time we rise in rank and depending on the type of trainer we defeat, they will give us a greater or lesser amount of points, until we complete the amount necessary to obtain a challenge coupon that will allow us to face our next opponent to rise in rank.
The combat
The combat has evolved and is more fun than ever with this addition of real-time combat, where both our Pokémon and we can move around the battle area and choose attacks, in addition to the normal combat between trainers, also when fighting with a wild Pokémon we can receive damage if they decide to attack us and we can lose the fight if we receive too much damage, for which we will also have to keep constantly moving or dodge attacks.
On a graphical level the game looks spectacular in a Nintendo Switch 2. We have probably never had a Pokémon so attractive, so detailed and full of life, the city looks incredible in every corner we explore, from the sewers, the street or the endless rooftops that we can explore looking for secrets, objects or Pokémon, in addition, in the battles, the different animations in combat, the attacks and transformations are on par with something as incredible as the anime itself.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A It is addictive and full of content that will give you hours of fun. It is undoubtedly one of the best games in the series in recent years.
