The federal agency indicated that it maintains permanent communication with state and federal authorities, and that the lines of investigation remain open to clarify the facts and arrest those responsible.

Likewise, the SSPC guaranteed comprehensive support to the agents and their families, with medical and psychological care and all the necessary institutional support.

The Security Cabinet reiterated that there will be no impunity and that coordinated work in the region will be reinforced.

For his part, the Secretary of Security, Omar García Harfuch, confirmed on social networks that the elements are fine and that they will soon be with their families.

In addition, he thanked the support of the Secretariat of National Defense (Defense), the Secretariat of the Navy (Semar), the National Guard (GN) and the Governor of Jalisco, Pablo Lemus, in the search efforts.
