Mexico City, November 22 (However).- The Michoacán Attorney General’s Office (FGE) reported this Saturday morning rollover by one bus passengers on the road Morelia-Pátzcuarowhich left a balance of seven people dead and an approximate of 20 injured.
“At this time we are carrying out investigations on the Morelia-Pátzcuaro highway, near Tiripetío, where a tourist bus overturned, with a preliminary balance of 7 people dead and an as yet undetermined number of injuries,” the Prosecutor’s Office reported in its official X account.

According to reports, the incident occurred at kilometer 24 near the town of Tiripetío, in a curve that the unit operator could not successfully negotiate. The injured people were transferred to different medical care centers in Morelia.
“Through the Regulatory Center for Medical Emergencies (CRUM) we activated an immediate response protocol for the rollover in Morelia-Pátzcuaro. The injured people were transferred to different IMSS, ISSSTE, SSM hospitals for specialized medical care,” indicated the Ministry of Health of Michoacán in its X account.

The authorities indicated that the security and civil protection bodies remain at the scene of the incident and asked citizens to avoid the area as much as possible, as well as facilitate the passage of emergency vehicles.
Shortly before 10:00 a.m., the National Guard reported in its X account of the continuation of the partial closure of traffic due to the conclusion of the accident maneuvers. The police corporation called to take due precautions and heed the road instructions of the authorities.
According to information from the authorities, the passengers were traveling from Uruapan to Tlalpujahua where spheres are produced to decorate the trees for the Christmas season.
