Brazilian Vinicius Junior, the Real Madrid star, continued to provoke fans of rival teams, and this time it was the turn of the supporters of Athletic Bilbao.

Vinicius angers Bilbao fans
Vinicius entered into numerous interactions with Bilbao fans, just as the Brazilian does in most of the matches that Real Madrid plays outside its Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
The most tense moment, as described by the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, came after Vinicius failed in one of the shots. Instead of starting a counterattack for Real Madrid, he played the ball backwards, and the game ended in a corner kick for Athletic Bilbao.

It seems that the assistant referee’s decision did not please Vinicius, who objected to it, and here the fans began to boo him.

Vinicius’s response came a few days after a similar behavior, when he pointed to the Girona fans at Montilivi Stadium with two fingers and then pointed downwards, indicating the possibility of the latter being relegated to the second division at the end of the season.
Vinicius’s gesture in that match came in response to the booing that Girona fans launched against him whenever he touched the ball.
Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso decided to replace Vinicius in the 76th minute, and replaced him with his Moroccan colleague Brahim Diaz.
As he left the field, Athletic Bilbao fans bade him farewell with sharp whistles and chanted “fool, fool” against him, according to the Spanish newspaper “Sport”.
Vinicius left the field slowly, which angered the local team’s supporters, then embraced his coach before sitting on the bench.
“Sport” commented on the Brazilian’s actions by saying, “Kylian Mbappe (scored two goals) was the most prominent star again in the ranks of Real Madrid, but all eyes in San Mames ended up turning to Vinicius.
