Therefore, the company will be updating your flight information through its digital channels and will offer options and alternatives for rescheduling flights at no cost to its customersthrough the Volaris website or via WhatsApp.
“Volaris regrets the inconvenience that this circumstance – which impacts aviation around the world, affecting thousands of aircraft – causes our customers, and expresses its commitment to timely report on progress,” he mentioned.

Why Volaris’ decision?
In a statement, Volaris revealed that Airbusmanufacturer of its aircraft, notified that a software update must be performed in a large part of the A320 family aircraft globally.
