“There is the right to error, but we fight for uniformity of criteria and we have been harmed in some games and moves of a dubious nature. We did our analysis, debated with the president of the CA at the FPF headquarters and we will see if there are improvements. The purpose is for improvements, that is what was promised, and now we will wait to see if they actually happen”he assessed.
Arbitration, he guaranteed, was not a topic of discussion at today’s meeting at Cidade do Futebol, in Oeiras, between the president of the FPF, Pedro Proença, and the leaders of FC Porto, Sporting, Benfica and Sporting de Braga, which focused on the revenue distribution criteria for sports betting.
“We were not at the FPF to fight with each other, it was cordial, because we have greater interests. There is a promise regarding sports betting in international leagues that we want to see clarified. That is what the president of the FPF did and let’s hope he keeps his word”these.
