Aguascalientes was recognized by the Office of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Mexico and the Natura Mexico Institute Foundationfor developing concrete actions to fstrengthen teaching from preschool level and achieve exemplary results around the school dropout and the educational lag after the pandemic, thanks to the project “Dreams Are Built in the Classroom” (FISHING).

During the Mexico Learn Reading meeting, in the Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL), the Aguascalientes Education Institute (IEA) presented the progress made in the state to ensure that all girls and boys learn to read and write from the earliest years.

The Program highlighted “Dreams are Read and Written”, with which Girls and boys master reading and writing by the end of the third grade of primary school.
