“We are considering a 20-point framework planwhich culminates in a ceasefire. “We want to make sure that war is not repeated,” he declared.

He specified that “bilateral security discussions” are currently considering a mechanism inspired by NATO Article 5without Ukraine’s formal accession to the Atlantic Alliance.
