Since the morning of this Monday, November 3, a group of transporters carried out a blockade on several roads that serve as access to CDMX. According to the information, the protest is led by the Alliance of Autonomous Motor Carriers of the Mexican Republic (AAA).

In the early hours of the day, the members of this organization met at various highways that connect the State of Mexico and CDMX. The protesters pointed out that this action is taking place to denounce the alleged disappearance of Fernando Galindo Salvador, a fellow transporter originally from Jilotepec.

So far, these are the roads affected by the transport blockade:
- Arco Norte Highway
- Mexico-Querétaro Highway
- Feathers rise in the Tepotzotlán booth
According to reports, all these transporters came from various municipalities such as Jilotepec, Atlacomulco, Lerma, Santiago Tianguistenco, Lerma, Valle de Bravo, Toluca, Naucalpan, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Coyotepec.
In addition to this blockade, some carriers will also conform a group that will leave towards the ZĂłcalo from Mexico City. This with the aim of demanding that the authorities locate their partner, as well as stop the extortion they suffer.
“They picked up the colleague when he was returning homehe was already preparing to rest. When the same group and using the same method captured him, and to this day they have not released him,” said Fernando GarcĂa, one of the leaders of the AAA.

Finally, several motorists have been affected by this series of blockades, due to the fact that the cuts have been made in both directions. CAPUFE recommended users avoid the conflict zone and use alternative routes to reach their destinations.
