Tom Brady confessed that his dog Junecurrent mascot, is the moon clonehis dog who died in 2023.
The former quarterback of the NFL and seven-time winner of the Lombardi winshe confessed, for the magazine Peoplewho had his dog Lua cloned, who died in 2023.
Lua was at Brady’s side for 12 years After he rescued her, however, the union between them became close and before she died in 2023, he had her cloned.

The current commentator of Fox Sports revealed in said interview that he went to ‘Colossal Biosciences‘, a company that managed to clone an extinct species of wolves.
Only a blood sample was enough for the company to successfully clone Lua and now Junie, Tom Brady’s current pet, is the clone of the deceased dog.
‘I love my animals. They mean the world to me and my family. A few years ago, I worked with Colossal and took advantage of their non-invasive cloning technology through a simple blood draw from our elderly dog before she passed away (…) I gave my family a second chance with our beloved dog,’ he commented.
Lua was a mix of pitbullTom Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen (with whom she divorced in 2022), they adopted her, but in December 2023 she died.
Colossal Biosciences was founded in 2021 by the geneticist George Church and the technology entrepreneur Ben Lamm. They have worked to achieve the “deextinction” of the woolly mammoth, Tasmanian tiger, dodo among other species.

Currently, Colossal Biosciences acquired Viagen Pets and Equineanother cloning company. The goal of this merger is to combine technologies to expand cloning services, benefiting both pet owners, like Tom Brady, as well as conservation projects.
