The agency established, through investigative acts, that on October 29, the priest moved from his home, aboard his vehicle, to the property located in the Morelos Housing UnitThird Section, belonging to the municipality of Tultitlán in the company of Fátima Isabel “N”, a person with whom the victim had a relationship of trust. Brandon Jonathan “N” was already at that address.

Once at the scene, the victim lived for several hours with Fátima Isabel “N” and Brandon Jonathan “N”, consuming alcoholic beverages and narcotics until, at some point, the latter allegedly attacked the priest with an object, causing injuries that caused his death.

María Fernanda “N”, the romantic partner of Brandon Jonathan “N” also arrived at the place; The three probable participants would have carried out acts to hide the body, which they used blankets and bags that they tied to a chair to finally transport the body to the municipality of Nextlalpan where on November 30 they abandoned it in a river of black water.

Brandon Jonathan “N”, with the prior knowledge of Fátima Isabel “N”, physically attacked the victim causing her death, subsequently, María Fernanda “N”, helped both to carry out various actions aimed at hiding and destroying evidence, such as cleaning the place, eliminating material traces of the event and hiding the body.

The investigation by the authorities of the State of Mexico established that the alleged perpetrator of the events has a criminal record, as he served an 18-year prison sentence for *robbery with violence.

According to the investigations, Father Ernesto’s truck was located by security cameras on roads that connect with Hidalgo where it was sold along with a motorcycle.

The motorcycle was owned by an acquaintance of Brandon “N”, who reported that he lent it to him to sell it to Hidalgo since “they had gotten away with fraud.”

Due to the above, on November 9, a search was carried out at the home of the priest’s alleged murderer, and various clues were located.
