With the intervention of thousand meters on Miguel E Schultz Street, the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office is advancing construction work refiled in the San Rafael neighborhood.
Regarding the works, Mayor Alessandra Rojo de la Vega reported that they cover about a linear kilometer, from Ribera de San Cosme to Sullivan and include the construction of permeable sidewalks to filter rainwaterin order to avoid flooding.

According to the General Directorate of Works and Urban Development, the work in Miguel E Schultz includes the intervention of 8 thousand square meters, which includes the milling of the existing pavement, the laying of new asphalt mixture.
As well as the leveling of the manholes, the gratings as well as the horizontal marking throughout the intervened section, to improve mobility and safety for pedestrians and motorists.
Lights are lit in South Roma
In a different action, the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office carried out the installation of 29 new LED lamps in the Roma neighborhood, in the section from Tehuantepec to Viaducto Miguel Alemán.
Finally, at this point they placed 14 pedestrian lights and 15 roads. The General Directorate of Works and Urban Development reported that in this neighborhood, the program already adds 5.1 kilometers of streets with new lighting.
