He Vehicle Verification Program of Mexico City seeks to reduce the combustion emitted by automobiles that circulate in the capital. This review of cars and cargo transport is carried out bimonthly, having the Closest verification by the end of November and December 2025.

Through its official media, the official calendar for what will be this second half of this year was published. The cars that are required to carry out this procedure are selected either through the sticker or the last digit of your license plate.

That is why here we tell you which cars must comply with the Vehicle Verification according to the authorities’ calendar for this last two months of the year

What cars must comply with the latest verification in 2025?

According to the Secretariat of the Environment of Mexico City (Sedema) Cars with green stickers or whose last license plate digit is 1 and 2 must complete this procedure in November. In addition to this, cars with blue gummed or ending 9 and 0 They will have one more month to comply with this requirement.

On November 1, the service in the Vehicle Verification Centers, the Citizen Service Area and the Parts Office will be suspended.

The cost of the verification service is $738.00 pesos (VAT included). The certificates “00”, “0”, “1” or “2” remain valid as established by the regulations.

In order to carry out the verification process, it is necessary to comply with the following:

• Make an appointment online at one of the available verification centers
• Come with INE, circulation card, copy of invoice in case the car is new and proof of the last verification
• Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment

Remember that vehicles exempt from verification are: motorcycles, electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, cars weighing less than 400 kilosas well as cars with exhibition plates.

Finally, if there are delays, you will not be able to carry out the verification. To do this, you must present payment of the respective fines and take said receipts to authorized verification centers.
