Vast, backed by cryptocurrency billionaire Jed McCaleb, recently launched a stealthy spacecraft called Haven Demo into orbit. This spacecraft, which has no pressurized cabin or life support systems, is equipped with electronics and machinery that will be critical to future space stations. Vast’s plan is to launch the first manned module, Haven-1, next year, which will accommodate four astronauts.
