The “Declaration of Cuernavaca”, also signed within the framework of the InnovaFEST LATAM 2025, held at the Morelos Convention Center, establishes four strategic axes:
1. Training specialized in priority areas, with relevant, interdisciplinary, inclusive programs with a territorial sense.
2. Investigation scientific, humanistic and technological oriented to national development.
3. Collaboration inter-institutional and networking, to share infrastructure, experiences, capacities and agendas both nationally and internationally, especially with Latin America and the Caribbean.
4. Disclosure of scientific culture, so that knowledge circulates, is socially appropriated and awakens vocations from an early age.
