The FGR intercepts calls where the name “Raúl Rocha” appears.
Event 256 (December 28): key conversation between Jacobo Reyes León, alias Yaicob and/or ‘El Lic’ and/or ‘El Licensed’, and Daniel Roldán, alias ‘El Inge’ and/or ‘Dani’, which confirms his identity.
FEB 22, 2025 – Searches in Querétaro and CDMX
La Espuela (Querétaro): they find a hard drive with a contract where BSE Combustibles, represented by Rocha, buys the property.
San Miguel Chapultepec (CDMX): documents on Rocha’s contributions to the criminal network for 2.1 million pesos.

Who is who on the network (according to FGR):
“El Lic” – leaked information from the FEMDO to Rocha.
“El Inge” – moved profits and distributed illegal fuel at gas stations.
The businessman said that the accusations that try to link a contract signed with Pemex with the victory of the contestant Fátima Bosch lack support and that there are those who seek to take advantage of the global reach that Miss Universe has today.
And Rocha was also accused of having business with Fátima’s father, Bernardo Bosch, who has been working at Pemex for almost 28 years.
