Radomiak, coached by Gonçalo Feio, beat Cracovia 3-0 this Friday, November 7, in what was the Portuguese coach’s first game at home since taking over as coach of the club.
After the away victory against Lechia Gdansk (2-1), on Monday, Radomiak once again displayed attacking football, recording two consecutive victories in the Polish league for the first time this season.
Capita, a former Estrela da Amadora player, opened the scoring at the beginning of the second half, before goalscoring full-back Grzesik and Portuguese-Swiss Roberto Alves fixed the final score at 3-0. Romário Baró, ex-FC Porto, was introduced in the 61st minute and Elves Baldé, a Sporting graduate, entered in the 72nd minute, both contributing to maintaining control of the game.
With this result, Radomiak provisionally rises to 5th place, equal on points with Cracovia, confirming the immediate impact of Gonçalo Feio’s arrival and the team’s new competitive breath.
