Portugal needs, more than ever, a profound change. A change of direction, mentality and leadership. A change that gives the Portuguese back confidence in a country that seems, with each passing day, to be moving away from its values and priorities. This is why André Ventura’s candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic represents a turning point.

It is not a candidacy of vanity, positions or personal ambitions. It is a mission application. A candidacy that is born from the desire to serve the country and rescue it from the moral, economic and social stagnation in which it finds itself.

The country needs a President who speaks the truth, who defends what is fair, who looks out for the common Portuguese, those who work, deduct, create wealth and fulfill their duty and not for the noisy minorities who, with the support of a political and media system, have taken over the national agenda.

André Ventura will be an actor of transformation, someone capable of returning to the country the seriousness, authority and justice that the State lost.

Portugal is tired of the fraud in place, of the corruption that corrodes institutions, of the impunity of those who steal millions from the country and continue to be protected. He is tired of seeing a political class that governs for its own people, while the Portuguese are left behind without access to healthcare, without housing, without security and with wages that are barely enough to live on.

The system is rigged. And only someone outside the system, with courage and determination, can change it.

André Ventura represents the hope of a new cycle, a cycle of truth and responsibility. A cycle that puts the national interest above partisan games. The country does not need any more promises. It needs action, leadership and someone who has the courage to face the causes of our decline.

Today we have a State that rewards those who don’t work and forgets those who get up every day to support the country. A State that opens the doors to uncontrolled immigration, without guaranteeing integration, security or dignity, while turning a blind eye to the misery of our elderly and Portuguese families who are unable to pay a rent or a medical appointment.

Portugal cannot continue to be the country that welcomes everyone but its own. It cannot be the country that gives everything to those who arrive, and nothing to those who are here.

This is not a candidacy against the Rule of Law, it is a candidacy to make it work once and for all. A rule of law where whoever steals from the country goes to prison. Where justice is swift, equal and true. Where citizens once again trust institutions and feel proud of their country.

André Ventura’s courage is what distinguishes this candidacy. It is an application made of conviction, authenticity and commitment to Portugal.

There is no political calculation or convenience here. There is a clear mission: to return the country to the Portuguese.

The best candidate will not only be the one who makes it to the second round, but the one who speaks for those who are never heard, who defends the values, traditions and sovereignty of our people.

Portugal needs a new voice, firm, clear and courageous. You need someone to say what everyone feels, but few have the courage to admit.

This candidacy is not just another one. It means real change, which can restore dignity, justice and hope to a country tired of being deceived.

It is the candidacy that marks the end of political hypocrisy and the beginning of a new era, the time in which the Portuguese once again take control of their destiny.

Portugal needs it. And Portugal will change.
