The Michoacán Prosecutor’s Office revealed new videos of the exact moment of the murder of Carlos Manzo. In addition, they indicated that the weapon used is related to two other homicides within the municipality of Uruapan.

In a press conference, the state governor, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, and the prosecutor, Carlos Torres Piñaprovided the progress in the investigation of the case. Through a presentation, the Michoacán authorities showed the exact route taken by the murderer of Mayor Carlos Manzo. The prosecutor explained that the murderer had stayed nearby of the park where the “Festival of Candles” was going to take place.
After that, a series of videos were shown where each of the movements by the murderer was seen. The perpetrator of the events was wearing a white sweatshirt and slowly he approached where the president was.
