DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG has changed its forecast for the 2025 financial year due to strategic adjustments. Originally planned real estate sales were deliberately postponed until the coming year, resulting in a larger portfolio. This larger portfolio allows the company to generate higher rental income, which in turn positively influences funds from operations I (FFO I).
Another decisive factor for adjusting the forecast is the reduced costs. Costs were kept below planned values at both the real estate and company levels. This cost efficiency also helps to increase FFO I. Against this background, the DEMIRE board of directors has decided to adjust the forecast for 2025 and now expects rental income in the upper range of the previous forecast of 52 to 54 million euros.
