The French-speaking Swiss startup Propfy, based in Lutry, recently closed a significant round of financing that will enable the company to bring its innovative CRM solution for real estate agents to market. With an investment of 500,000 francs, Propfy plans to launch the first version of its real estate CRM system in April 2026. This development marks an important step for the company, which specializes in digital solutions for the real estate industry.
Propfy has already sold almost 70 licenses to real estate agencies in French-speaking Switzerland, which underlines the interest and demand for their solution. The platform aims to make the work of real estate agents easier by providing a flexible and integrated solution that replaces existing, often inflexible technologies. These technologies have only evolved marginally over the last fifteen years, increasing the need for innovative solutions like Propfy’s.
Propfy founder and CEO Anouck Reber emphasizes that technology should support the real estate brokerage profession, not hinder it. To ensure that the platform meets the needs of the practice, Propfy has held workshops with around 30 real estate agencies from French-speaking Switzerland. This collaboration has helped adapt the platform to the specific needs of the industry.
In the next phase, Propfy is planning a second round of financing of one million francs to develop an improved version of the CRM system. This version is intended to offer even more functions and further improve usability. The investment in the further development of the platform shows Propfy’s commitment to taking a leading role in the field of digital real estate solutions.
