As identified in the instrument SERV/DGRMSG/079/08/2023, during the fiscal year 2023, the Senate paid 8 million 286 thousand 732 pesos plus VAT. For 2024, the committed resource was 23 million 004 thousand 960 pesos; For the current fiscal year of 2025, the amount exercised was 15 million 336 thousand 640 pesos, plus the tax.
According to the technical proposal of the negotiation between the Upper House and the technology company, among the inputs were 1,600 EliteDesk computers of the HP brand, as well as 130 ProBook computers of the same brand and 100 ProDesk computers, work equipment with the capacity to execute multiple simultaneous tasks.
Finally, AMD Consultants and Support committed to managing service level reports of the leased equipment and services, as well as the implementation of engineers available in the legislative precinct to address failure reports and support for senators and users of the contracted materials.
