Likewise, public servants who grant concessions, assignments, extensions, permits or register concession titles, assignment, permits or extensions for exploitation, a fine of six to eight months and two to fourteen years in prison will be imposed.
Ricardo Monreal, coordinator of the deputies of the guindas, when presenting the reservations stated that Morena will never betray the peasants of Mexico, He asserted that they are going to protect the rights of the ejidos and communities.
