The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) is the institution responsible for the supply of electrical energy to Mexican homes. Therefore, an essential point is that the receipt is in the name of the person who owns the home, this to facilitate any procedure or management related to the service.

If you precisely need to change the owner of the electricity bill, the CFE offers the possibility of doing so free and easy.
