Mexico City.- The mayor’s office Alvaro Obregon —entity administered by the Morenista Javier Lopez Casarin— has more than 20 public officials who have only verifiable basic education, whether primary, secondary or no minimum educational level. Those referred to are in the General Directorate of Works and Urban Development and Departmental Unit Headquarters.
The total number of workers in the administration of Lopez Casarin with the basic education The maximum verifiable maximum is 23. Of these cases, there are two officials who do not have a single degree of education: the first is Jesús Manuel Hernández Malagón, who is assigned to the General Directorate of Government and is the coordinating leader of control and management projects A.
The second case refers to Marisol Ávila Vega, who is assigned to the mayor’s office. Alvaro Obregon as coordinator of the transparency and data protection unit, according to information from the Human Capital Administration Directorate.
In the case of public officials with primary school as the maximum level of education, three were found: Luis David García Martínez works as project coordinator leader in the Territorial Jalalpa. It is attached to the General Directorate of Citizen Participation and Territorial Zones of the Obregon district.
Finally, the remaining 18 officials maintained secondary school as their highest level of education. These workers are dispersed in areas such as the General Directorate of Government, the General Directorate of Citizen Participation, the General Directorate of Administration and Finance and the General Directorate of Works and Urban Development.
