A report issued by the Yale University School of Public Health revealed that mass killings were carried out by the Rapid Support Forces in the city of El Fasher, the capital of the Sudanese Darfur region, between October 26 and 28.

These images are consistent with the presence of groups of civilians who were killed in the complex, according to the report, which spoke of clear mass killings in the Saudi hospital.
The report said that the coordination of the resistance men in El Fasher spoke of massacres taking place inside the hospital, noting the presence of piles of white objects inside the building.
According to the report, the length of these objects ranges between one meter and 10 centimetres, and one meter and 90 centimetres, and one of the groups contains two objects that appear as the letters “C” and “J” in English, and their length ranges between one meter and 50 centimeters and one meter and 70 centimetres, the report says.
According to the report, these shapes are consistent with the shape of human bodies when they are lying on the ground. The report also showed the presence of light-colored objects on a dirt berm, ranging in length from one to 30 centimeters to two metres.
