Amazon has announced that it will launch a new streaming channel exclusively for Prime members, which will be available from April 17th. This channel will show content from the extensive Prime Video catalog 24/7. It starts with the first two episodes of the new Germany season of the comedy format ‘LOL: Last One Laughing’.
The new offer will be accessible via the ‘Live TV’ section of Prime Video, where numerous live channels, including many public broadcasters, are already available. However, unlike classic TV channels, this channel is offered exclusively as a live streaming service, with no option to receive it via cable or satellite.
Series such as ‘Fallout’ and ‘Reacher’ as well as films such as ‘Culpa Mia – My Fault’ will be shown on the new channel. The Tuesday games of the Champions League, which Prime Video broadcasts, are also part of the program. Exclusive content only available through this new channel has not yet been announced.
