“After the confirmation of Rod Stewart, one of the most iconic names in global music, June 27th now gains new feminine energy with the announcement of two performances that represent unique moments of musical culture”, says the Rock in Rio organization, in a statement.
The 4 Non Blondes, an American alternative rock band, will perform on Palco Mundo. “It will be a historic debut, on the day of celebration of the greatest legends of all time. After decades away from the stage and surrounded by an almost mythical status, the band is preparing for an absolutely unique moment in Lisbon”, says Rock in Rio.
The 4 Non Blondes have played alongside Aerosmith, Neil Young and Pearl Jam and contributed to film soundtracks, including Wayne’s World 2 e Airheadsrecalls the organization, highlighting that music What’s Up? “Not only did it become one of the greatest collective anthems of all time, but it also gained a second life among new generations: in 2024 it entered the Spotify Billions Club, reborn as a viral phenomenon on TikToknos Reelsand multiplied in covers that keep the song in permanent cultural circulation”.
Joss Stone performs on the Super Bock Stage and “promises an intimate, powerful and memorable show”. The British artist’s career began in 2003, at the age of 16, with the release of the album The Soul Sessions. In 2022 he released the albums Never Forget My Love e Merry Christmas, Love.
The festival takes place on the 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th of June 2026, in Cidade do Rock, in Lisbon.
