Regarding the restoration of electrical energy by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the authorities detailed that Hidalgo had 30 municipalities affected and progress of 95.63 percent has been achieved. Puebla had 15 municipalities affected and the progress is 97.53 percent. In Querétaro, six municipalities were affected and the service has already been restored to 100 percent, as in San Luis Potosí. Veracruz was affected in 60 municipalities, and 99.25 percent coverage has already been achieved.

Regarding the deployment of the Ministry of the Navy, Admiral Raymundo Morales Ángeles reported yesterday that 4,519 elements remain in four states, who receive support from eight planes, 20 helicopters, five ships and 19 boats.
For his part, the Secretary of National Defense, General Ricardo Trevilla Trejo, reported that the Meixcano Army maintains a deployment of 8,389 troops as part of the DN-III-E Plan, as well as 21 helicopters that operate air bridges in Veracruz, Puebla and Hidalgo.
Finally, the director of the National Electricity Commission (CFE), Emilia Calleja, reported that there has been a 95.4 percent restoration of electrical energy in the affected states, and only in the last 24 hours the service has been restored to 7,330 users.
