The National Weather Service (SMN), through Conagua Clima, reported its General Meteorological Forecast at 06:00 hours for the weather this Friday, November 21, 2025.
According to the information, the cold front number 16 that will approach the northwest of the country, associated with a cyclonic circulation at altitude and with a polar wander will give rise to the first winter storm of the season.

In addition to this, there will also be very heavy occasional rains in Baja California Sur and possible snow and/or sleet in the mountain ranges of northern Baja California and Sonora.
On the other hand, the cold front number 15 will extend over the northeast of the country and will continue to interact with the subtropical jet streammaintaining strong winds and rains in Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas.
Finally, low pressure channels and humid air will cause showers in areas of Quintana Roo, Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca and Guerrero, as well as isolated rains in regions of Yucatán, Campeche, Tabasco, Puebla, State of Mexico, Querétaro, Hidalgo and San Luis Potosí.
