Of that amount, 20 million 223 thousand pesos went to Comunicación Social y Corporativa SA de CV, a company linked to political consultant Javier Sánchez Galicia, while 24 million 53 thousand pesos were awarded to Accounting Services Herval SA de CV, the company that benefited the most.
The data shows that eight companies concentrate the majority of contracts for political and digital training. Accounting Services Herval obtained 16 contracts for in-person and online courses on leadership, AI and citizen participation, despite the fact that its corporate purpose is registered as accounting services.
