“El Compi” was identified as an alleged member of a criminal group in Quintana Roo and accused of renting the land where a clandestine cemetery was found in Puerto Morelos.
Mexico City, November 14 (However).- The State Attorney General’s Office of Quintana Roo reported this Friday that it achieved the detention of Ignacio Eduardo “N”, alias “He Complete”, who is allegedly involved in the case of cemetery clandestine found in the town of Puerto Morelos.
According to the first inquiries carried out by authorities statethe aforementioned subject is allegedly a member of a group criminal generator violence in the entity, in addition to being responsible for operations of drug dealing.
At the time of his arrest, agents seized a weapon, drugs and several vehicle license plates from different states from the man. The detainee, along with what was insured, was placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry (MP) so that the corresponding investigation could be carried out and his legal situation determined.
The Quintana Roo Prosecutor’s Office issued a statement in which he reported that elements of the Investigative Police, assigned to the Special Prosecutor’s Office in Homicide, carried out the arrest of “El Compi”, as part of the investigations initiated after the discovery of a clandestine cemetery in Puerto Morelos, discovered on November 6.

According to the investigation by the Quintana Roo authorities, Ignacio Eduardo “N” was identified as allegedly responsible for managing the income of the ranch where the skeletal remains were found.
The arrest of the suspect occurred in Supermanzana 107, on Playa Xcalacoco Street, in the Paraíso Maya subdivision of the municipality of Benito Juárez.
At the time of his capture, the agents seized from “El Compi” a .40 caliber short firearm with a supplied magazine and useful cartridges; green grass with marijuana characteristics, in addition to several license plates from the states of Quintana Roo, Jalisco, Oaxaca, Chiapas and Mexico City.
Clandestine cemetery found in Puerto Morelos
The Quintana Roo Prosecutor’s Office reported on November 6 that a ranch used as a clandestine cemetery was seized, located in the community of Leona Vicario, municipality of Puerto Morelos.

At the site, the authorities found the skeletal remains of four people, which were transferred to the Forensic Medical Service to carry out expert studies in genetics, anthropology and forensic odontology, in order to identify them and determine how long they were buried at the site.
In addition, at least 13 points of interest were located where more bodies could be found. Following this discovery, specialized experts began the corresponding work to recover and identify the remains.
