He Judicial Administration Body (OAJ) reported that will make the extraordinary single payment a judges, magistrates who declined to participate in the ratification process planned for 2027 or they were not winners in the judicial electionmade in June past.
To make said payment, established in the article Tenth Transitory of the judicial reform, the judges must attend the December 10 headquarters building OAJlocated in Av. Revolución n. 1508, colonia Guadalupe Inn, Alvaro Obregon, Mexico City.
To receive this payment, the presence of the judge will be essential, who must present valid official identification and a witness, also with their current official identification.

Likewise in November various expenses will be made to workers of the Judiciarysuch as the payment of the first part of the bonus, incentive for seniority, bonus, food, help for operational staff and vacation bonus.

The Judicial Administration Body, which assumed functions on September 1st of
2025, indicated that it carried out institutional actions not carried out by the then Judicial Council, among which were the approval of the salary table and making the extraordinary single payment to outgoing judges.
