The “little old men of the robbery”, as they were nicknamed, stole high-value products, including sunscreens and dermatological creams.
Mexico City, November 7 (However).- A group of four older adults they robbed this friday articles of one pharmacy for a value of 33 thousand pesos in the district of Saint Michaelin the city of Lima, Peru.
According to the empelada who filed the complaint, the thieves coordinated the theft so that the cashier would not notice the subtraction of the products.
In a video circulating on social networks, you can see the moment in which the elderly carry out the robbery with various distracting tactics to prevent them from being detected.
According to the testimonies and the video material, at first, a man approached the cashier – who was also the store’s supplier – pretending to have hip pain to prevent her from moving away from him.

While the worker was attending to the simulator’s requirements, another of the participants can be seen taking out some keys to generate white noise so that it would drown out the sound of the shelf from which the products would be stolen.
While this was happening, the other two involved, a woman and the third man, prepared to open the target shelf to remove the merchandise and leave the establishment.
The robbers used caps to hide their faces, meticulously hiding the stolen items in black bags that they removed from their backpacks before fleeing. The cashier, a victim of the robbery, confessed to the media that she did not notice the theft until minutes later, since the jingling of the keys prevented her from hearing the moment the product cabinet was opened.
After realizing what had happened, the employee went to the authorities to file the corresponding complaint.
The authorities opened an investigation folder and are working to find the whereabouts of the four responsible, whose faces and actions were recorded in the security camera material.
